Key Responsibilities:

·  You will be the face of our centre, guiding customers through their journey with our technology.

· Customer Engagement & Administration: Book appointments, manage registrations, and handle all customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.

· Technical Guidance & Education: Assist customers using Bixep devices, explaining the underlying technology and science in an accessible way.

· Assessment & Analysis: Conduct detailed assessments (BIA, SPPB, force plate, cognitive) and explain the results to customers clearly, helping them understand their performance and progress.

· Practical Coaching: Advise on and demonstrate personalized workouts to improve balance, strength, and gait mobility for customers.

· Collaboration: Support marketing efforts by assisting with campaigns / road shows.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

·  A genuine passion for helping others, particularly in improving their physical health and well-being.

·  Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Basic Physiotherapy/Recovery OR Strength & Conditioning OR Geriatric Fitness OR Biomechanics.

·  Preferred: Hands-on experience training or coaching clients OR willing to learn how to train and coach customer

·  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the patience to work with a diverse clientele.

·  A positive, proactive, and empathetic attitude.

·  Ability to maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming centre environment.
