  • Position: Software Operation Executive (HR Software)

  • Location: Kallang

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 Performance Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Technology Solutions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage HRM software applications

  • Analyze HRM software performance and suggest improvements

  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and operations

  • Prepare reports on operations and software efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software operations support

  • Knowledge of HR software
