Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Servicing
  • Coordinate client appointments, prepare meeting materials, and assist with scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documents, and databases.
  • Handle routine client queries and follow-ups with professionalism.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, and messages) on behalf of the Financial Consultant.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance documents are filed accurately and on time.
  • Operational Support
  • Track applications, policies, and financial product submissions to ensure timely processing.
  • Liaise with insurance providers, financial institutions, and internal teams to support transactions.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, or client engagement events.
