About the Role
Our client, a well-established semiconductor manufacturer, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians to join their expanding production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating high-precision equipment, supporting process improvements, and ensuring smooth production in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to SOPs and validated parameters.
- Perform product or process conversions during start-up and mass production runs.
- Conduct precision measurements, inspections, and quality checks on output materials.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production issues promptly.
- Support preventive maintenance, material management, and root cause investigations.
- Provide training and guidance to operators based on Work Instructions (WIs).
Requirements
- Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MES/ERP systems is a plus.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment and comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
