Flexi Days Part-Time Student Care Trainer

Location: Hougang Ave 1 or Hougang Ave 5

Working Hours:

The centre operates Monday to Friday (except on Public Holidays or Centre Closure Days).We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your school or personal commitments. Shifts will be assigned based on your submitted availability and managed by the roster planner. Staff do not choose their shifts; instead, we rotate shifts fairly among all trainers according to availability.

Example: If you finish school at 12 PM, we will automatically schedule you for the 1:15 PM – 6:15 PM shift instead of the 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM shift.

Available Shifts:

  • 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
  • 1:15 PM – 6:15 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Salary:

$11 per hourJob Scope:

  • Oversee meal times, homework, revision, and activities
  • Communicate regularly with parents and students
  • Provide discipline and guidance in character development

Requirements:

  • Proactive: Able to work independently without frequent reminders
  • Caring: Demonstrates genuine concern for students' well-being
  • Efficient: Prompt in checking homework and updating parents
  • Strong Classroom Management: Maintains order assertively and ensures a focused environment
  • Disciplinary: Enforces rules confidently and upholds discipline effectively
