Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Futures Trader to join our team, responsible for managing and operating futures trading, optimizing risk management, and driving the company's business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Futures Trading Execution: Execute the company's futures trading orders for coal, iron ore, and other bulk commodities, and promptly provide feedback on the execution of trading orders and market changes.
• Market Analysis: Based on market conditions and utilizing trading experience and technical analysis, conduct research, evaluation, and analysis of the futures market's performance. Provide regular market trend analysis reports as well as ad-hoc reports.
• Trading Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement trading strategies, including futures hedging and arbitrage, to optimize company profits and manage risks.
• Data Collection and Modeling: Monitor market dynamics in real-time, build market trend models, forecast future market changes, and adjust trading strategies accordingly.
• Risk Management: Hedge risks in the futures market, closely monitor market volatility, and take timely actions to ensure compliance with the company's risk control policies.
• Trading Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and analyze trading performance, track key performance indicators, and provide detailed reports and improvement suggestions to management.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, business, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and provide regular updates on trading results to other departments.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaise with futures exchanges, clearing houses, and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with all trading-related regulations.
• Others: Willingness to carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in futures trading or commodity trading, with a preference for experience in coal, iron ore, or related fields.
• Familiarity with futures markets and technical analysis tools, with the ability to develop and execute trading strategies.
• Strong market insight and analytical skills, able to respond quickly to market changes.
• Familiarity with commodity futures trading and delivery rules. Well-versed in the rules of commodity futures trading and delivery, as well as the relevant policies and regulations related to futures.
• Solid risk management capabilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant trading software.
• Possess relevant certification or degree in finance, economics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required.
• Only Singapore citizens or candidates with full working rights in Singapore are eligible to apply.

我们正在寻找一位有经验的期货操盘人员加入我们的团队,负责管理与操作期货交易,优化风险管理,并推动公司的业务发展目标。

主要职责:

• 期货交易执行:执行公司煤炭、铁矿石及其他大宗商品的期货交易指令,并及时反馈交易指令执行情况和市场变动信息
• 市场分析:根据市场状况,利用交易经验、技术分析等手段,进行期货运行状态的研究、评估和分析判断、提供定期市场趋势分析报告及临时报告
• 交易策略实施:制定和实施交易策略,包括期货套期保值、套利交易等,以优化公司的收益与风险。
• 数据收集与建模:实时监控市场动态,建立市场趋势模型,预测未来市场变化,及时调整交易策略。
• 风险管理:通过期货市场对冲风险,密切关注市场波动并及时采取措施,确保公司遵守风险控制政策。
• 交易绩效评估:定期评估和分析交易绩效,跟踪关键绩效指标,并为管理层提供详细的交易报告和改善建议。
• 跨部门协作:与财务、业务及运营团队合作,确保交易的顺利进行和执行,并定期更新公司其他部门关于交易结果的汇报。
• 沟通与协调:与期货交易所、清算机构以及其他相关方保持沟通,确保公司遵守所有交易相关的法律法规。
• 其他: 愿意根据业务需要完成上级分配的其他相关工作。

职位要求:

• 具有2年以上期货交易或大宗商品交易的经验,特别是在煤炭、铁矿石等相关领域有操作经验者优先。
• 熟悉期货市场和技术分析工具,具备制定和执行交易策略的能力。
• 较强的市场洞察力与分析能力,能够快速应对市场变化。
• 熟悉商品期货交易及交割规则,熟悉期货相关政策法规
• 具备良好的风险管理能力和压力下做出决策的能力。
• 精通MS Office和相关的交易软件。
• 拥有金融、经济或相关领域的技能证书或学位。
• 良好的沟通技巧和团队协作能力。
• 熟悉中文、英文口语及书面表达。
• 仅限新加坡公民或具备在新加坡全职工作资格的候选人申请
