Omoté - Japanese Restaurant (Novena Outlet)

  1. Part time - AM-10am- 3pm ; PM -5-10pm ; Full shift 12PM -closing ( at least 3 days per week, can work weekend) - $12-14/hr

Role and Responsibilities


• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude


• Help customers to settle down and also take their orders by answering questions about the menu.


• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors & sanitizing


• Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.


• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

Work Experience requirement


• 1 to 2 years of hospitality related experience


• Or even with no experience but with the passion for the industry

Preferred Skills


• Customer service


• Should have pleasing personality


• Excellent guest service skill.
