Facility Engineer

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate and document all Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, ensuring highest quality.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors.
• Support the setup of new machinery and the decommissioning of old equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects on enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Project oversight to ensure the projects stay on track, meet objectives, and are completed successfully
• Evaluate, select and order cost-effective equipment for manufacturing needs.
• Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of facility equipment.
• Maintain current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
• Develop programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
• Support certification processes and customer audits.
• Submit cooling tower AGS report to NEA.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Material Science
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system, e.g. Windows, Unix/Linux
• Able to work independently
