Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver cum Personal Assistant to support our Director in both business and personal matters. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, and capable of handling a dual role involving transportation and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

As Personal Driver:

  • Safely and efficiently transport the Director to meetings, events, and personal appointments across Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Ensure the company vehicle (Malaysia-registered) is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Plan optimal routes to ensure punctuality and avoid traffic delays.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, tire pressure, etc.) and manage scheduled servicing.
  • Assist with loading/unloading personal or business-related items when necessary.

As Personal Assistant:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Arrange travel bookings, reservations, and manage household or personal errands.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Run personal errands such as picking up documents, groceries, etc.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all matters.
  • Support the Director with ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Valid Malaysia Driving License (Class D or equivalent).
  • Comfortable and experienced in driving in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal driver, preferably for senior executives.
  • Experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
