Project Executive

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business & Project Executive to support manpower outsourcing, recruitment, and events operations across Singapore and the region. This role offers a unique blend of project coordination, client servicing, and operational management
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and costings for manpower and events projects.
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including staffing, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Support recruitment operations by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for client assignments.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project timelines and service quality.
- Participate in planning and on-ground execution of large-scale events, exhibitions, and VIP delegation programs.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including workforce management systems and process improvement efforts.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support management in monitoring operational performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of experience in manpower outsourcing, recruitment
- Good understanding of MOM and workforce compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving business environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3, $3,800.00 per month
