Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Solution Architect

This is a fixed term contract. The engagement is from April 2026 to 30 March 2028.

What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement comprehensive technology solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Qlik analytics, ArcGIS spatial technologies, and IoT platforms.

The successful candidate will bridge business requirements with technical capabilities across these diverse technology stacks.

• Solution Design & Architecture - Design & review end-to-end solutions integrating Microsoft D365 with business intelligence, geospatial, and IoT components. Develop technical architecture blueprints that ensure scalability, security, and performance across all platforms. Create integration strategies between D365, Qlik Sense/QlikView, ArcGIS Enterprise, and various IoT devices and platforms.
• Technical Leadership - Lead technical discussions with stakeholders (including vendor) to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Provide guidance to development teams on best practices for each technology platform. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
• Platform Integration - Design data flows and integration patterns between D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc.), ArcGIS, Qlik & Azure Event Hub. Implement real-time and batch data synchronisation between Qlik analytics platforms and operational systems. Develop geospatial data integration strategies using ArcGIS REST services and spatial databases.
• IoT Solution Development - Architect IoT solutions that capture, process, and integrate sensor data with business applications. Design edge computing strategies and cloud-based IoT platforms (Azure IoT) that feed into D365 and analytics systems. Implement predictive maintenance and operational intelligence solutions using IoT data streams.

What are we looking for?

• Technical Expertise - Minimum 5-7 years of solution architecture experience with enterprise applications. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, customisation, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in Qlik Sense/QlikView development, data modelling, and dashboard design. Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, spatial analysis, and geospatial data management.
• IoT & Integration Skills - Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, protocols (MQTT, HTTP, CoAP), and edge computing solutions. Strong background in API development, microservices architecture, and cloud integration patterns. Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and real-time data streaming technologies. And Azure Event Hub.
• Business & Communication - Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and solution delivery. Strong documentation skills and ability to create technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 or Azure architecture. Qlik certification in data analytics or platform administration. Esri technical certification in ArcGIS development or administration. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) integration. Knowledge of machine learning and AI integration with business applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement), Qlik Sense/QlikView, ArcGIS Enterprise/Online, Azure IoT Hub, Power Platform, SQL Server/Azure SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript/C#/.NET, Python for data processing, Docker/Kubernetes for containerisation.
