- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and project coordination as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in marine, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent requirements efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in handling spare parts or ship supply services will be an added advantage.
