Architectural Draftsperson

• Design Development: Prepare detailed architectural designs, tender drawings, and construction drawings for submission, tender, and construction purposes.
• Authority Submissions: Produce drawings and documents for various authorities, including Technical Requirements, Fire Codes, Green Mark, and Build ability Score Calculations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Submit applications to relevant authorities to obtain clearances/approvals for DC/BP and TOP/CSC, ensuring all necessary approvals and technical clearances are secured in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Communication: Correspond and consult with Planning and Building Authority Officers to ensure smooth project progression.

• Educational Background: Holders of a recognized ITE or Diploma in Architecture, demonstrating a solid foundation in architectural principles.
• Experience Level: Professionals with 3 to 5 years of intermediate-level experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture, with BIM experience considered an advantage.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Corenet submissions, prevailing BIM submission standards, and local authorities' submission procedures.
• Site Coordination: Experience in managing and coordinating on-site architectural works.
