This role will support treasury operations across the Asia-Pacific region, ensure efficient cash management, maintain banking relationships, and perform treasury processes while maintaining compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities Cash Management & BankingExecute daily cash positioning and forecasting for APAC entitiesCoordinate with banks for set-up of cash concentration structures and funding requirementsSupport foreign exchange transactions and hedging activitiesMaintain banking relationships and assist with account setup and documentationTreasury OperationsPrepare and coordinate with various regional stakeholders for timely updates of bank account administration, maintenance of bank signers and electronic banking platformsProcess ad-hoc treasury paymentsSupport month-end and quarter-end treasury processesAssist in preparation of cash flow forecasts and treasury dashboardsSupport implementation of Treasury projects as requiredAssist in writing Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP") for Treasury processesCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local banking regulations and corporate treasury policiesSupport KYC/AML requirements and banking compliance documentationAssist with internal and external audit requestsSupport treasury risk management initiativesProcess Improvement & AnalysisIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvementsPrepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as requestedSupport special Treasury projects in APACRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldFresh graduates or up to 5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or finance department.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systemsExperience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP systems a plusKnowledge of SWIFT, banking platforms, and payment systems a plusMeticulous, excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience working in a multinational corporate environmentKnowledge of APAC banking regulations and practiceFamiliarity with real estate industry financial operationsAdditional Asian language skills advantageous What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageCollaborative and inclusive work environmentFlexible working arrangementsAccess to JLL's global learning platform and training programOpportunity to work with a leading global real estate services firmReady to Apply?Join JLL and help shape the future of real estate and treasury operations in the APAC region.
