Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be organized, results-driven, and an excellent communicator with a passion for business development.

You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Ensure smooth and timely transition of project information to the operations/project team after sales closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promote services.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategy adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience in sales & marketing
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development experience is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
