Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and user stories.

  • Support project coordination activities including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and task tracking.

  • Participate in user research, testing, and feedback collection.

  • Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and dashboards.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and digital solution prototypes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
