Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture target state and roadmap, aligning with business goals and compliance requirements (e.g., insurance regulations).

  • Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, country chief architects, and engineering teams to drive consensus on technology initiatives.

  • Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across IT systems, ensuring reliability and resilience.

  • Governance: Establish architecture frameworks, standards, and policies to guide system design and integration.

Technical Requirements

  • Expertise: TOGAF/Zachman certifications; proficiency in EA tools (e.g., BizzDesign, Sparx).

  • Technical Breadth: Mastery of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture (EDA), and hybrid mobile frameworks (Flutter, Capacitor).

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong background in data architecture, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps practices.

  • Industry Experience: Prior work in insurance or highly regulated sectors preferred.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Influence: Ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Navigate evolving business needs and technological shifts.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Drive solutions that elevate user experiences.

Qualifications

  • 15 years in architecture roles, including 5 years as an Enterprise Architect.

  • Insurance Industry exposure is crucial

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, or cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
