We design and develop integrated hardware and software solutions for payments, loyalty, telemetry, self-service, and vending. Our customers span financial services, retail, mass transit, education, and social services across Singapore and the South Asia Pacific region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and business-minded leader to drive our global partnership strategy. In this role, you will build strong, long-term partnerships—especially with Financial Institutions (FIs) and self-service/vending operators—and provide end-to-end solutions consultancy to help partners fully leverage our PaaS platform.

You will own the full partnership lifecycle: from identifying and securing partners, to negotiating agreements, to managing long-term growth and solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a partnership roadmap targeting FIs and self-service operators.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strategic, revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Provide end-to-end solutions consultancy to partners and their key customers.
  • Lead full-cycle partnership management: prospecting, due diligence, negotiation, signing, and post-deal growth.
  • Structure and close multi-year commercial and technology partnership agreements.
  • Build strong, executive-level relationships with partners.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with partner needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or solutions consulting in FinTech or Payments.
  • Proven experience closing strategic deals with FIs and/or large self-service/vending operators.
  • Experience working with PaaS platforms (self-service, vending, or IoT commerce).
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, card schemes, and API-driven platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and financial modeling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
