A fast-growing technology company is seeking a Software Engineer to join their core engineering team focused on building scalable, AI-powered platform capabilities. In this high-impact role, you'll help build intelligent systems that support large-scale operations across diverse markets in the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to understand challenges and deliver technical solutions that meet real-world needs.
  • Build scalable, maintainable back-end systems and services powering intelligent user-facing features.
  • Write clean, testable Go code and contribute to the evolution of platform architecture.
  • Take ownership during on-call rotations, resolve production issues, and support cross-team technical requests.
  • Identify inefficiencies or technical debt in systems and suggest improvements to drive performance and stability.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in back-end development
  • Proficiency in Go, with hands-on use of Protocol Buffers and gRPC
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, system design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and modern agent-based AI patterns
  • Experience with analytics, observability, and debugging tools
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components including caching, data storage, and security best practices
