As a Senior Mechanical Engineer (LTA Projects), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical works (ACMV, fire protection, ducting)
- Manage LTA project site coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with design requirements, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, reports, and claims.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and defect rectifications.
- Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and support project closure.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years' experience in mechanical projects.
- Strong background in managing LTA projects.
