Nurse Administrator

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Nurse Administrator to oversee hospital handovers and ensure accurate data management within our clinic management system. This role is ideal for someone with a nursing background and strong administrative skills, capable of coordinating with hospitals, nurses, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, review, filter, and transcribe hospital handovers into Plato.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for seamless record-keeping.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or urgent issues as needed.
- Liaise with hospitals and nurses to ensure all necessary patient information is available.
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including the hospital team, nurses, and logistics personnel.
- Translate patient care requirements into logistical needs, ensuring the logistics team is well-prepared.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of data management and task assignment processes.
- Upload and transfer medical case notes from Plato to hospital systems (EPIC / SCM)
- Maintain confidentiality and flag any discrepancies to the clinical team
- Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (SNB registration not required)
- Prior experience in healthcare administration is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
