Role Description

  • End to end recruitment
  • Business deveopment of new accounts & dormant accounts
  • Foster relationship with existing partners
  • Mentoring juniors & interns support them to excel in the industry
  • Achieve 100% KPI targets given (We can)

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in 360 recruitment
  • Strong skills in Consulting and providing strategic recruitment advice
  • Experience in Interviewing and talent assessment techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and candidates
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and candidates
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
