Job Description:

  • To record daily output data from required process to Leaders and indicate remarks if any issues arise.
  • Support Leaders and Team in resolving technical issues during day to day process.
  • Assist in waxing, pre-cleaning and handling of optical glass.
  • Support simple dimensional checks with calipers/micrometers.
  • Ensure workbench cleanliness and safe handling.
  • Manage his own output and as well as manual contacting and scoping process to meet target.
  • To attend daily morning briefing conduct by Leaders and provide update for each item and machine.
  • Ensure own responsible machines to be warm up before start of shift start.
  • Any scrap during the process to be reported in a proper procedure to find the root cause and solution.
  • To ensure respective in-charge machines are fully utilized.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 'O' Levels, Nitec or equivalent technical certificate.
  • Preferably some years of work experience in related or relevant work experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Basic glass handling and measurement skills.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills, attitude and team player.
  • Must be able to perform rotating shifts as and when required.
