Senior Barista

We're opening a new café at Bugis MRT that blends well-being, mindful nourishment and human connection.

We're seeking a Senior Barista who loves coffee craft, feels at home in light food prep, and is excited to grow a new concept together.

What you'll do

• Lead the coffee bar with consistency and quality
• Prepare menu items (smoothies, toasts, light bowls) with care and hygiene
• Mentor junior baristas and support training with the Café Manager
• Manage daily prep for both coffee and food stations
• Engage warmly with customers, reflecting our culture of connection
• Support café events and workshops where coffee and food shine

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience in speciality coffee or café kitchens
• Comfortable with basic kitchen prep and plating
• Strong hospitality mindset and teamwork spirit
• Excited to explore both coffee and well-being beverages
