Main duties and responsibilities

Use specialised tools (e.g., boning knife) to debone meat according to the production requirements or customer orders;
Use knives or cutting equipment to perform skinning, slicing, trimming and portioning operations;
Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications;
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and tools/equipment in compliance with food safety standards;
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Job requirements

1 year of hands-on experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for meat preparation.
Comfortable working in 8 – 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided.
