As an Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plays a vital role in coordinating, supervising, and ensuring patients receive optimal clinical care, often managing complex cases and leading teams of nurses.
- NCs utilize their clinical skills and knowledge to assess patients, monitor their progress, and identify early signs of changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting care activities, assessments, and interventions.
- Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other department in providing the best care.
- Participate in work improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
- Perform clinical audits.
- Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements.
- Preceptorship for junior nurses.
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Nursing with a valid full registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- More than 5 years of inpatient experiences will be preferred.
