Membership Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that monthly membership sales goal is achieved/exceeded
- Establish and maintain a referral program and to increase membership retention in the club
- Ensure sufficient leads and contacts to achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and service goals
- To update sales activities to Head of Sales on a regular basis
- Represent GYMMBOXX in presenting facilities and services to prospects via gym tours
- Be equipped with updated knowledge on products offered by GYMMBOXX
- Ensure positive customer experience at all times
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
**Job Requirements**
- Determined, motivated, ambitious, confident and relentless individuals with sales knowledge.
- Enjoy meeting people and have a genuine interest in educating the effectiveness of exercising and promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Proven consistent good sales track record in the fitness industry would be preferred but not a must
- Possess a good sense of customer service professionalism, responsibility, integrity, and excellent work ethic
- A high level of maturity and ability to work well under pressure
**Other Information**
- 5-day work week
- Retail Hours (11am - 9pm)
- Up to $2,200 Basic + Uncapped Commission

**Salary**: $2, $3,400.00 per month
