We're seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial Content Creator to take ownership of our online platform's video and advertising content strategy. This isn't a traditional 9-5 role; it's a launchpad for someone who dreams of running their own business. You'll treat the platform like your personal venture, driving marketing efforts to generate high-quality sales leads for our proven services. With full backend support from our expert teams (including sales closure), you'll focus on what you do best: creating compelling content that converts. Earn rewards for every lead and closed sale, and as you grow, we'll invest in your development—teaching you the full spectrum of business skills. In the long term, this evolves into a franchise-like model where we pay you to train, and when you're ready, you can buy in to make it truly your own.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a creative content strategy for our online platform, focusing on engaging videos, ads, and social media posts that highlight our incorporation, accounting, HR, visa, and tax services.
- Manage all aspects of video production and advertising postings across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook— from ideation and scripting to editing and optimization.
- Drive targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients (e.g., startups, freelancers, international professionals) and generate qualified sales leads.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics or platform insights, and iterate on strategies to maximize lead flow.
- Collaborate with our sales team to hand off leads seamlessly, ensuring a smooth path from content to closed deals.
- Experiment with innovative formats and trends to build a vibrant online community around entrepreneurial growth and professional services.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, ensuring content aligns with brand voice while fostering authentic connections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly video production and digital advertising (portfolio required—show us your best work).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset: You've got ideas for scaling a platform and the drive to treat this like your own startup.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar for video editing; experience with ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling that resonates with ambitious professionals and business owners.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and lead generation tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends for content scheduling and trend monitoring.
