Job Responsibilities:

• Perform facial, hair, and body treatments in accordance with established SOPs.
• Conduct professional consultations, recommending treatments tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong client relationships to enhance their overall experience.
• Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager for continuous service improvement.
• Assess skin concerns and recommend suitable products and treatment packages.
• Meet sales targets for treatment packages and retail products.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Prepare and replenish treatment products, maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Assist in covering duties during manpower shortages as needed.
• Manage telephone inquiries, appointment bookings, and customer concerns professionally.
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews to enhance the Medispa's reputation.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless service flow.
• Support the Branch Manager and Senior Clinical Therapists in delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Requirements

• Recognized certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO and ITEC are preferred.
• Experienced beauticians with at least one year of experience or more are encouraged to apply.
• Must speak proficiently in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Possesses a keen sales acumen and the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products.
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Compensation includes basic salary and commissions based on rendering services and variable performance bonus.
• 6 off days per month, minimally 14 days Annual Leave
