Key responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in achieving project and company objectives.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, and develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Track progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, procurement, and production.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical input and ensure designs, engineering, and production meet requirements.
  • Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and lead project meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across all levels.
  • Willing to travel based on project needs.

Position: Project Engineer (Junior Role)

We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer to support our APAC clients, including China.

Requirements:

  • Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients in China
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experienced in project management and electro-mechanical engineering
  • Familiar with ATEX / IECEx standards and basic knowledge for EHS practices
  • Proficient in interpreting isometric production drawings and technical details
  • Strong leadership, communication , and organizational skills
  • Experienced in MS Office, reporting, training, and presentations
