Responsibilites:
- Key contact to the customers in the public safety sector.
- Involed in the developing of the next breakthrough for the security of Singapore.
- Responsible for developing, testing and deploying system/network infrastructure.
- Involved in Project biding and tenders.
- Strong experience in managing Government accounts.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Strong in managing client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Good in providing solutions, advisory, consultation and delivery.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service delivery.
- Experience in handling bids and tenders.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Good in Network/ System Infrastructure Deployment and Testing.
- Knowledge of Public Security.
- Good in Stakeholders, Client Management and Business Users Management.
- Participate and attend functions such as trade exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends, as well as prospect for new clients
- Good in Product Management / Service Management and Customer Management.
- Involved in Account Managment to handling customer queries and needs.
- Minimum 5 years od experience in Solution / Service Management.
- Prior experience in leading a team.
- Possess System Integrator (SI) and Government domain.
- Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
- Singaporeans only
