What you will be responsible for:

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer features to ensure high-quality, complete data for model training.
• Develop and maintain efficient, automated data processing pipelines.
• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models based on business requirements, independently handling model training, tuning, and evaluation.
• Stay up to date with the latest algorithms and technology trends, optimizing model structures and algorithms for improved accuracy and robustness.
• Optimize models for deployment using techniques such as compression, quantization, and pruning to enhance inference speed and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure smooth and stable deployment of models in real-world applications.
• Participate in cross-functional technical discussions and support the implementation of AI solutions for product requirements.
• Document technical processes and continuously improve development and maintenance workflows.
• Research and explore emerging technologies and tools to enhance the team's technical capabilities.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with knowledge of common algorithms and model training processes.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proven experience in model training, tuning, and inference optimization, including techniques such as compression and quantization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data and model-related issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
