Our Client is a prominent Malaysian multinational conglomerate with a diverse portfolio. Committed to innovation and excellence, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Singapore.

Job Summary:

As a Workday Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Workday system to enhance HR processes and ensure seamless functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Workday implementation, configuration, and support, with a focus on the industrial, motors, and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workday Configuration and Optimization:
    • Configure and maintain the Workday system to align with the company's HR processes.
    • Implement and optimize Workday modules, ensuring maximum efficiency and functionality.
  2. End-User Support:
    • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, issues, and troubleshooting Workday-related problems.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding and utilization of Workday features.
  3. Integration Management:
    • Manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain integrations with a focus on industrial, motors, and energy-related applications.
  4. Report Generation and Analysis:
    • Develop and generate custom reports as per business requirements.
    • Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Stay Informed about Workday Updates:
    • Keep abreast of Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices.
    • Implement relevant updates and enhancements to maximize the benefits of the Workday platform.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Workday certification is preferred.
