To support our expanding operations and enhance our digital capabilities, we are seeking a capable and driven IT System Integrator cum Data Analyst who can propose and perform system integrations, and also data analytics functions.

Job Summary:

The IT System Integrator cum Data Analyst will play a dual role in supporting the company technology infrastructure and leveraging data to optimize operations. This role involves managing, enhancing, and integrating existing IT systems, ensuring more streamlined processes and operational continuity, and using data insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Systems Management and Integration:

  • Oversee and maintain IT systems supporting scheduling, dispatch, GPS tracking, and ticketing.

  • Designing and implementing solutions that enable various IT systems to communicate and work together seamlessly.

  • Developing or using APIs to connect disparate systems.

  • Installing, configuring, and integrating software, databases, or even hardware platforms.

  • Streamlining business processes by automating data flow between systems

  • Diagnosing and fixing integration issues.

Data Analysis:

  • Integrate data systems to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Analyze the integrated data to extract insights and support business strategies and data-driven decision-making

  • Automate data pipelines between systems to improve data availability and reduce manual tasks.

  • Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings, improved service reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a similar IT integration and Testing or data analytics role.

  • Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, and/or databases and data visualization tools

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

  • Good communication skills with ability to work across technical and operational teams.
