- Advising customers on care and use of devices and troubleshooting minor problems
- Maintaining records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance for each device
- Keeping abreast of new mobile technology, models, and general mobile device functions
- Ensuring all repairs and servicing are conducted within the agreed timelines and quality standards
- Ordering parts and equipment needed for mobile device repairs
