About the role
We are seeking an experienced Logistic Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Naspac Marketing Pte Ltd, a leading player in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing our warehousing and distribution operations at our Senoko North Region facility. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of goods and materials through our supply chain.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise a team of warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure all daily operations are executed effectively and efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse layout, inventory management, and transportation planning
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Provide training and mentoring to staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Continuously seek ways to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and transportation planning
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
