Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Service Sales Consultant - Repairs & Upgrading to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales by engaging clients, identifying relevant repair & upgrade, offering elevator service solutions that enhance safety, reliability and performance. This role requires the candidate to build strong customer relationships, tailor service offerings and managing the sales process from start to finish; including stakeholder management for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their current systems and identify modernization opportunities
- Solution Development: Develop and present innovative modernization solutions that meet client needs and drive value
- Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve results
Requirement
- Experience: At least 2 year of experience in sales, preferably within the industry
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or a related field
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to present and persuade complex solutions clearly, and to be able to deliver challenging information in a constructive and positive manner
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that add value
