Location: Novena

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate communications and information flow across operations.
  • Handle sensitive requests with discretion and ensure timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver metrics, reports, dashboards, and other operational insights for senior management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in any discipline.
  • Background or interest in international relations, operations, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Experience working with international counterparts or in liaison roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to coordinate across different time zones.
