Role Expectations
  • Provide comprehensive service support to clients, addressing complex inquiries.
  • Support bankers with documentation such as account openings, closings, and loan disbursals.
  • Organize client/prospect meetings, prepare pre-call plans, and maintain call records.
  • Assist in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into clients.
  • Help deepen existing client relationships through analysis.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategies focused on investment growth and client acquisition.
  • Conduct prospect research, generate leads, and coordinate client events.
  • Provide revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation for KYC/AML and maintain updated client records.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and escalate issues as needed.
Candidate Profile
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Required: CACS 1 and 2 certifications.
  • Knowledge of investments; banking and credit products are desirable.
  • Strong relationship management and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
