Job Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for Food Waste Digester Machines
  • Liaising and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide on-site training to educate end-users on the proper usage of the system
  • Conduct weekly/monthly planned service schedules
  • Attend to ad-hoc faulty reports and perform troubleshooting steps to diagnose problem
  • Provide reasonable advice to troubleshoot/ repair Food Waste Digester Machines and Waste Water Discharge Piping Systems
  • Work closely with operational personnel to ensure Food Waste Digester Machines and discharge piping & ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain proper recording of all maintenance and servicing and weekly/monthly report generation and submission to customer
  • Other onsite Service and Installation works appointed by immediate supervisor
  • Liaising and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Good understanding of serial or I/O devices controller
  • ITE qualification in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) field
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Power-point)
  • Class 3 license to drive in Singapore, preferably own a Motorbike
  • This role might require travel between Singapore and Johor Bahru, and selected candidate must be willing to work in both cities
  • 6-days work week
