Clinical Research Associate / Senior Clinical Research Associate

Precision for Medicine is not your typical CRO. We combine new technologies, expertise, and operational scale to improve the speed, cost, and success rate of bringing therapies to patients. Our focus is on Oncology and Rare Diseases, integrating clinical trial execution with scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and data sciences.

We are seeking an experienced CRA or Senior CRA in Singapore, with prior monitoring experience in Oncology clinical studies.

This is a remote, home-based position in Singapore, with travel to sites for monitoring visits.

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, and regulations. Setting up studies, identifying investigators, preparing regulatory submissions, and conducting visits. Senior CRAs may handle larger trials and mentor junior staff, interact with clients, and contribute to proposals.

Requirements:

  • Life science degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of CRA experience in Oncology within a CRO or pharmaceutical company
  • Availability for domestic travel, international travel may be required for senior roles

Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree, more than 2 years of oncology experience, study startup experience, and for senior roles, financial management and mentoring skills.
