As a Corporate Real Estate Intern in Group Finance, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of real estate and space planning solutions. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in data analysis, space planning, and digital real estate management.

You'll work closely with the Corporate Real Estate team to gather spatial data, extract key metrics, and populate a centralized database. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the development of a real estate and space planning database

• Gather spatial data and extract key metrics to populate a centralized and accurate database

• Help to streamline space analytics and planning workflow, supporting long-term asset management and workplace strategy

• Assist in building technical capacity and enabling core teams to focus on project delivery

• Gain hands-on exposure to digital real estate management tools in a practical setting

Who you are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a related field

• Experience with Autocad and Building Information Modelling software and application in the real estate space

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

• Open to learning and feedback, with a strong sense of curiosity and meticulous
