Our client is seeking a Hair Care Consultant to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Provide expert advice: Offer professional consultation on hair and scalp health, helping clients achieve their desired look and maintain healthy hair.
  • Recommend solutions: Analyze clients' hair and scalp conditions to suggest appropriate treatments and products tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service: Perform general duties including answering phone calls and operating the point of sales system to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Build lasting relationships: Conduct follow-up sessions with customers after treatments to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
