Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the mechanical R&D design for X-ray projects, including completing all mechanical design tasks and generating the Bill of Materials (BOM) as a key deliverable.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution, and perform proofreading, process optimization, or standardization of designs created by other mechanical engineers as assigned.
  3. Prepare, update, and organize all mechanical-related documentation, ensure proper archiving, and assist in achieving R&D project certification and acceptance.
  4. Provide technical support during equipment assembly and commissioning processes.
  5. Collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver technical support and assist in developing proposals during the early stages of projects.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project lead.

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in non-standard equipment design within industries such as 3C (Consumer Electronics), new energy, or related sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of mechanical principles and design methodologies; proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Pro-E, AutoCAD, or CAXA. Must have hands-on design experience and a solid background in mechanical manufacturing processes.
  4. High level of integrity, honesty, and strong communication skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player with a rigorous and meticulous approach to work.
