Work location: Tanjong Pagar

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm

Salary - Up to $8,000 per month

Job duties:

  • Reporting to the Head, Tax, you will be responsible for mainly tax compliance work for the company as part of the Tax team. The scope of work will include attending to ad-hoc goods and services tax (GST) matters.
  • Conduct research to advise management on tax implications of cross-border transactions, and planning for tax efficient profit repatriation
  • Prepare and file ECI, corporate tax returns, and computations to Tax Authorities
  • Handle and strategize replies to queries from Tax Authorities
  • Verify and advise finance on Tax Authorities' tax assessments and objects to tax assessments, where applicable
  • Prepare for statutory reporting
  • Review tax provision and tax related disclosures in financial statements
  • Participate in other tasks/projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Accredited Tax Practitioner or Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant tax experience, including hands-on corporate tax compliance and reporting exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and GST regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax computation software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results within deadlines.
