Job Description

  1. Receiving & Inspection: Receive and inspect temperature-sensitive goods; check for quantity, damage, and cold chain compliance.

  2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and organize cold storage to ensure optimal conditions.

  3. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders, ensuring temperature control and proper packaging.

  4. Loading & Unloading: Safely handle loading/unloading of goods while preserving product quality.

  5. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely in cold storage areas.

  6. Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory, temperature logs and other documentation as per regulatory standards.

  7. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment to health and safety regulations

  8. Team Support: Work with the team to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently.

  9. Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management and serve as a backup to the designated buddy when necessary

Requirement:

  1. Ability to work in a physically demanding cold store environment.

  2. Valid forklift license; experience with reach truck and pallet jack.

  3. Basic computer skills; knowledge of Excel, Word, and inventory systems.

  4. Experience in cold chain management, food safety regulations (HACCP), and inventory control.

  5. Effective communication in both English and Mandarin to interact with Mandarin/English-speaking clients and stakeholders.

  6. Strong sense of urgency, time management, meticulous, detail-oriented.
