This role plays a key part in maintaining the Club's cleanliness and ambience, ensuring every corner feels welcoming and maintained for our members. From overseeing daily housekeeping operations to guiding your team with a positive spirit, you will help uphold the standards that make our Club a place members frequent.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met within the established budget.

· Manage and monitor the departmental budget to support effective daily operations.

· Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all Club facilities to the required standards.

· Supervise pest control measures, washroom hygiene, and the maintenance of plants and floral arrangements throughout the Club.

· Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, ensuring full compliance with contract specifications.

· Handle Towel counter activities, including lockers and towel rentals, toiletry, etc., as well as manage laundry in the linen room for items such as staff uniforms

· Assess the performance of housekeeping staff, fostering positive work habits and attitudes through guidance and encouragement.

· Perform any other duties as required to support the efficient running of Housekeeping operations.

Requirements

· Possesses a minimum GCE 'O' or 'A' Level qualification.

· At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role.

· Demonstrate a pleasant personality with a positive work attitude.

· Previous experience within the hotel or Club industry would be a plus.

· Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
