Singapore PRICE FORBES BROKING (ASIA) PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership & Efficiency

  2. Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth workflows and operational efficiency.

  3. Implement and refine operational processes to meet company targets for revenue and profitability.

  4. Lead office-related projects (e.g., office moves, renovations, new setups).

  5. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  6. Work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to MAS, ACRA, MOM, CPF Board, and other regulatory requirements.

  7. Ensure all corporate secretarial lodgements (ACRA) are completed on time.

  8. Monitor and mitigate operational, regulatory, and conduct risks in line with Group Policies.

  9. HR

  10. Oversee HR functions and participate in contracts, probation reviews, bonuses, and increments (in consultation with CEO and CFO).

  11. Ensure staff complete mandatory training (CPD) and performance reviews.

  12. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.

  13. Premium Processing & Broker Support

  14. Supervise the Premium Processing & Broker Support team to ensure accurate and timely processing of placements and documentation.

  15. Streamline workflow to ensure productivity.

  16. Monitor production and monthly goals for the broking teams.

  17. Stakeholder Management

  18. Maintain relationships with government authorities, and key internal & external stakeholders.

  19. Be responsible for internal & external audits and regulatory inspections.

  20. Office Operations

  21. Oversee Office Operations to ensure contribution to company-wide initiatives (e.g., hybrid work policies)

  22. Align Office Operations with broader company goals and identify opportunities for improvement (e.g., cost & space optimization, culture, employee experience).
  23. Make high-level decisions on budgets, headcount, space planning, and major vendors.

Compliance

  • Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, E&O compliance procedures and quality initiatives.
  • Escalation of any potential E&O's to Compliance Officer and Executive Directors at the earliest opportunity.
  • Ensure completion of all mandatory Company training and to deadline.

Your scope of duties is not restrictive and may be expanded at the company's discretion.
