UIUX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team to drive the creation of elegant and functional user interface and experiences for our financial products such as payments or trading software:

• Play a pivotal role to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on research, design, prototyping, and product improvement.
• Working with a team of passionate and talented software delivery team using Agile methodologies
• Earning salary up to $5,000 AWS VB (up to 18 days AL, etc)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
2. Develop a comprehensive design system and UI library, and effectively communicate its principles, best practices and guidelines to the team.
3. Transform requirements and/or wireframes into high-fidelity designs and prototypes across both web and mobile platforms.
4. Gain an understanding of product and the fintech industry to empathize with and enhance the user journey.
5. Explore future development and design strategies to continuously enhance the product.
6. Collaborate with the design team to advance the long-term department vision, improve internal design processes, and raise the bar for product quality.

Requirements:

• min. 3 years of relevant working experience in UI/UX design
• Possesses a portfolio that demonstrates your design process, including wireframes, final designs, and user flow.
• Experience in delivering payment / trading related software (web or mobile)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
