AutoCAD Drafter

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CAD/BIM professional to join a growing team in the engineering and construction sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse and high-profile projects, including data centres and complex M&E installations, while working with cutting-edge design tools and collaborating closely with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate CAD drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit in line with project standards.
• Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, including P&ID in 2D and 3D formats.
• Prepare proposal, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings across all project stages.
• Create coordination drawings that integrate architectural, structural, M&E, and fire protection disciplines.
• Carry out clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design issues in collaboration with project teams.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify drawings and address discrepancies.
• Participate in contractor meetings to communicate design updates and technical requirements.
• Review contractor/vendor submissions for compliance with project specifications.
• Deliver finalized as-built drawings and update documentation for O&M manuals.
• Incorporate client and consultant feedback into updated drawings and models.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, ITE certification, BCA qualification, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or BIM modelling (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection drafting.
• Familiarity with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Code of Practice.
• Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection; experience with Enscape/3ds Max is advantageous.
• Exposure to data centre or large-scale M&E projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle site/design challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am- 5.30pm
